background:

i filed for divorce in October 2023 after her affair

i finalized in June 2024 at mediation and had papers in July, had to sell the house but i can recover

good news:

i found an amazing partner in the middle of all this, have been going to therapy consistently, my business is taking off, and things are starting to look up

bad news:

she tried to get the three children 100% in negotiations, right now we have 50/50

however, she's been neglecting them ever since

fevers at school, not taking them to the doctors, leaving them unsupervised at home alone, introducing them to the affair partner (a convicted felon with a history of domestic violence), and now physical abuse, they live in a tiny three bedroom house with four cats and two dogs, and now my ex-wife is pregnant with the affair partner

good news:

i approved my filing with my attorney yesterday

"WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests this Court to: Enter an Order modifying the timesharing plan and giving Father sole legal and primary physical custody."

i couldn't be happier
