Long story short, I broke up with an LDR in January, we both ended up doing our own thing for about 3 months. I had a few girls send me nudes during this time but was too inexperienced to seal the deal. Was focused on plating the LDR but we ended up backsliding into a relationship under the agreement that we focus on closing the distance. It was good for a few months, we spent 4th of July weekend in Philly and had a blast. Now lately she's gotten cold again and wants to break up. Logical me says fuck it I'm better off GFTOW. The problem being I don't exactly have those options.

My physical disability has always been a huge roadblock for me and it was in this relationship as well. She's saying she wants to break up citing that she just wants something normal. When I bring up closing the distance, she's reluctant because she feels as if she'd have to take care of me too much. I know I don't deserve this. She acts as if I'm helpless when I'm more capable than what she gives me credit for.

I'm clearly too attached. This is because my life is honestly shitty right now. She's the only thing that gives me a sense of normalcy despite all of her red flags.

At this point I feel like AWALT and will ultimately leave me due to my physical limitations. I sometimes feel the need to be BP to compensate. How do I stop the vicious cycle?
