I (33f) have a crush on this guy at work (28), been thinking about it since I meet them but the last three weeks I've really been contemplating asking them out. Idk if the age difference makes me hesitant or that I'm moving in a month( to a new state)....but part of me thinks it would be fun? Idk I need help deciding if it's worth the time and effort to try and just have a friends with benefits situationship before I leave. And how do I even go about asking them out or if they into that? Cuz they're shy but I'm used to never asking men out, they always ask me... Im pretty confident and have no issues giving them my number but I just draw blanks when I think about doing it without making it awkward or weird
