Went to the mall today in queens NY

I was kinda nervous about approaching girls who were in groups or even just pairs, so I didn’t end up going for any in that dynamic. I only approached three girls, and all of them allegedly had boyfriends.

Girl 1 - she was a cute Asian girl that was alone so I just went for it even though she wasn’t really my type. But she smiled a lot and gave good energy but had a boyfriend

Girl 2 - I was high off that first approach and just approached anyone. when I go up to this girl I’m just wow shes mid lol she kinda got that vibe and gave bad energy (my fault)

Girl 3 - cute girl that kept locking eyes with me so I just went up to her and used my environment to start the conversation first time I did that which I liked makes things more nature. But she smiled a lot as well but had a boyfriend.

Then after this I pussy out cause didn’t find girls that were alone but man if I would actually just approach those that I saw in groups or that were out in the open. I would have gotten better results but I just didn’t want to come out weird stopping them while there walking

I realized I’m way more comfortable approaching when a girl is alone, but the downside is I end up missing so many opportunities because of it.

The funny thing is, when I actually did approach those three, I didn’t feel any anxiety at all—like, I wasn’t scared or nervous, which is a good sign.

I think what I really need to work on is getting over the fear of other people hearing me when I approach someone, especially in an open space like the mall.

How did you guys get past that?
