Is it just me or are there so many definitions of what game is out there, TRP included?

Some people say it's about confidence, others about charisma, someone else will say it's about abundance mentality etc.

I cannot pinpoint one definition in order to know what do I need to work on in order to improve my game. Someone else said "just talk to women". So it's basically "be yourself, part too many"?

I hope someone will clarify this.
