do not understand why my post was removed about forming a committee because it got a lot of likes and seem to get positive feedback.

this is a very simple idea about maybe forming a committee and some other idea about controling the male gender role and constructing it in a positive way that would help males and i do not understand why it would not be accepted since it is totally in line with the rules and easy to read.
