what sort of post is this? Some people take trp way too literally, I thought I was guilty of this but holy fuck dude. You're thinking of NOT taking a job you would have otherwise taken for the reason that your boss is female?? Fuck? It's all the same rules as a worker for you regardless. You don't have to fuck her, you just have to work under her whatever that means these days with all this workplace respect and equality what not. Can't tell if this is srs.

Take it! A female boss that earned her place is going to be more secure in her position, rather than a boss that slept their way to where they are. There will be more focus to getting the job done rather than posturing. She doesn't need to posture or dress up -- she means business.

They will be great to work with, and have the added benefit of being a good and compassionate confidante.

Don't overplay intelligent women, high chance of them understanding what you're doing.
I've mostly had terrible female bosses, especially the dumber ones.
But a competent boss is a competent boss.
Try it and see where it takes you, at the very least you get an interesting experience that lets you grow as a man.

I'm considering a similar position - honestly I wouldn't prejudge her. Let your TRP knowledge filter your perceptions, but also recognize that within the bounds of AWALT, there is a huge range of behaviors that can be exhibited, at both ends of the spectrum.

Don't not do anything because she's a woman. Don't not take this job because she is a woman. Especially don't not take the job because she's an ugly woman.

The brains are what matters in her position. And she has it.

Side note: Don't game your boss. She's smart and will know what the fuck you're doing. Don't shit where you eat.

One of the best managers I ever had was female. She wasn't the person I had to impress to get promoted, but she was an excellent manager, worked harder than most anyone else I've ever worked with of any gender.

I wouldn't because every woman boss I have had have been the same no matter what level of "knowledge" they posses. But I digress and say do what you think will be best for you. It's your life. Time to make the decisions and live with the rewards or punishments. Welcome to the burden of being a man.
