there is no evidence of this. bodyfat % is determined by total calories and protein.

this is simply wrong.

Mg, Zn, and VitD are all good. Omega 3 supplement as well since modern food chain is overloaded with Omega 6. Contrary to popular belief there is no solid evidence that diet has a big impact on test, as long as you're meeting your macros. Don't buy the bullshit line about eating more sat fat and cholesterol - that'll just raise your chances of developing heart disease. Your body makes more than enough cholesterol to supply all your needs. Also, why are you doing a low carb diet? When equated for…

Fantastic comment, thank you! Music and volleyball scenes are legit... kudos to you for defying the societal norms. I"ll have a read through the links On a side note - I know you've posted about corporateland extensively. I work in mid-upper level management and find it tough to get out during the day without missing calls and meetings. The money's great, but the time bondage is real. How do you day game during the week?

man it's insane... a friend of mine is a Google engineer. tall lanky dude who doesn't lift at all but has an ivy league phd and makes probably 400k+ at google. just married a fat brown chick. this dude could be flying vegas hookers to him every weekend for orgies but that's what he wants to do.

I'm bald myself and fine with it (mid 30s) However at 18 I think you should try to keep your hair until at least 24-25. At that point you can shave it off and rock the bald with beard look. I would recommend hair transplant and/or minoxidil/finasteride - go consult a hair specialist MD. Hell even a well crafted wig looks indistinguishable from the real thing. Again, I usually recommend just shaving your heard and owning the look, but frankly 18 is too young imo to do that, and it's gonna be toug…

First of all - dating apps are shit and you should go cold approach. Second - if you decide to continue, pick 2 apps which have the best odds and purchase the premium version and hide your age.

Vulnerability is all about putting yourself in a position where you can be rejected, or open to harm, rather than being walled off and emotionless all the time. If you're lifting and eating well and project an alpha physical presence, a bit of emotional vulnerability once in a while works wonders in a LTR.

eh human sexuality has varied throughout the ages and across geographies. Ancient greece and rome were very accepting of homosexuality. Sex is partly about dominance and as long as he was dominating the ladyboy all is good in my book.

Being 6’2 doesn’t make a huge difference, I’m that tall and see guys as tall or taller than me all the time. Confirmation bias. 6'2" in the US is the 95th %ile of adule male heights
/r/askTRP20/05/19 03:42 AM

You know what you need to do. You're already 6'2" so go fucking lift and eat. And if you think you're eating enough, you're not. So eat more. At least 500-1000 cals over TDEE. Making excuses about work getting in the way isn't going to help you at all. BTW if you want to A) win fights, and B) get girls, then you need to also train a discipline such as BJJ and also fucking practice approaching, escalating, and closing. If you want to be lazy get on a dating app... seems like being 6'2" is enough …

This is hilarious. I've seen thai ladyboys... some of them are hot af. HOtter and more feminine than a lot of american women ironically. As long as the husband was fucking the ladyboy anally, and not getting fucked, seems fine to me

What do you mean by fullbody? As in: Day 1: Squats, pull ups, rows, face pulls Day 2: Deadlifts, dips, cable rows, 1 arm rows etc.?

You can’t go wrong with Mystery or The Game by Strauss. going old school! i like it. i grew up on strauss and mystery. i suspect the key to day game is to keep it simple. if you're busy be direct but calibrated and get the number and move along. if you're not busy, chat for a bit and try to do an insta date. works great with tourists in a city.

Nice write up! Dating apps have made me lazy... I'm pretty average looking but get some pussy here and there through them. Need to stop being a chode and start pounding the pavement. Any daygame guides or gurus to read up on?

Good skill with women rests on a foundation of solid social skills in other areas of life. Do you have friends? Are you into sports? Do you have an active social life?

Gen Z is actually quite conservative I've been hearing the same. Interestingly I've also heard that Gen Z are having less teen sex than Millennials, Gen Xers or previous generations. Mostly because they are glued to their phones and just sit at home texting and using social media.

This works in the Japanese video games he plays anyway. This is what 'game' is becoming nowadays... a series of 'levels' you have to go through to be able to fuck a 10. completely fucking ridiculous.

I get laid more now in my 30s than I did in my 20s. Recently fucked a 20 year old random in college. The key is to get off dating apps...younger girls often filter out guys over 28 or 29. but meet in person and as long as you're in decent shape you'll have a chance to smash

/r/askTRP07/12/18 03:30 AM

I can agree with that with the caveat that OP should stay humble and realize that the best course of action if someone is really trying to hurt you is always to run. Even if you're bigger and stronger and more skilled... other guy might have a knife or gun and they make coffins in all sizes.
/r/askTRP07/12/18 03:29 AM
1

I don't think that guy has been in a street fight or been taught by competent fighters. No good fighter has ever told me to use spinning heel kicks in a real fight. When it comes to survival, running is way better than fighting anyway.
/r/askTRP05/12/18 06:23 AM
1

This is wayyyyy too idealistic. How many fights have you been in? Every competent fighter has told me to avoid any kicks above the waistline and particularly high spinning kicks because those are way too easy to see coming and avoid. Yes a spinning heel kick would knock a man out cold IF it head his head square. That's a BIG if. Obviously if you're a 5th Dan black belt it has a higher chance of working than if you're a blue belt but in a street fight, you want to take the fewest chances possible…

No TKD is not very effective in real life fighting situations. Lots of high spinning kicks, not enough striking and grappling. Actually the most effective moves involve elbow strikes, knee strikes, kicks below the waist, and grappling.

I'm gonna be straight with you, because I think TRP fetishizes lifting as the end all be all of getting pussy. It's not. Lifting will get you more attention from girls, and raise your chances of success. If you're really jacked girls may even start opening YOU and feeling you up without your permission. But you cannot neglect game. It's still on you to approach, and be able to deal with rejection. Approaching, escalating, and closing are skills you have to learn as well. No shortcuts there. At t…

good thought experiment but ultimately a pointless endeavor. SMV is highly context dependent. A 5'6" salsa dance instructor might get panties wet when he's teaching a class, but would be nothing if he was hanging around D1 football players. Your SMV can therefore change throughout the day... it's not only about how much you bench or how much money you make.
/r/askTRP14/11/18 12:31 AM
44

SMV is always context dependent. Your salsa instructor who is wetting panties would probably be a nobody among D1 basketball athletes. Also, latin dances are like sex with your clothes on. It's a good screen for who might be 'good' at sex and also turns women on.

Assume attraction. Kino escalate. Close. PUA advice gets shit on around here, but the fundamentals still ring true.
/r/TheRedPill23/10/18 01:11 AM

I would say you've only bought into her frame if you agree immediately to whatever time she suggests, or if you chase her trying to find a time that works for the meet. Sure you can structure questions in a more leading fashion, but honestly I prefer to keep things simple. People are busy and I know my own SMV isn't so high that she's going to drop everything for me. However, I can still maintain my frame by playing a bit hard to get. Opening up oneself for rejection is not bad... Mark Manson ta…

This is CLASSIC PUA advice. Not saying you have to be rigid about it, but it is way better to suggest the time upfront and if she can't make it then let her say when she can. Don't agree immediately to the new time... say you'll confirm later. The point is that you control the timetable here and your time isn't guaranteed.

At the end of the day, you CANNOT completely eliminate the risk of STDs. However, it's important to keep in mind a few facts: 1) Most STDs have very mild symptoms and can be treated or cured. 2) The most serious one (HIV) has a very low chance of transmittal in PIV sex even when unprotected and the chances drop to near 0 when wearing a condom. 3) HPV can be serious as some strains can lead to cancers of the penis, mouth, throat, etc. Best bet is to get the HPV vaccine if possible. Condoms are so…

The difference is that alphas use their money for themselves and family and NOT to attract girls. If you use your money to attract girls you'll just get hookers and gold diggers obviously.
/r/askTRP15/10/18 08:45 PM
2

There's a reason that the old school PUAs were all huge fans of kino and even devised kino escalation ladders to guide newbies in the ways of how to touch a girl. All else being equal, Kino is what separates friends from fuckers. It's what signals to a girl that you're interested sexually, and starts raising her temperature as you progress from light arm touches to more heavy thigh and neck touches.

Embrace the fear... that means you're heading the right direction and stretching yourself to new areas. We've all been there before. Read a little bit on game and seduction to get an idea of the big milestones during a date.
/r/askTRP27/09/18 06:19 PM
1

Sure I can agree with the idea that you should have a mission to be fulfilled in life and that getting laid alone isn't going to get you there. My point was more about how complicated you made it seem to get laid.
/r/TheRedPill27/09/18 06:17 PM
1

also i never said it was easy... in fact i said exactly the opposite, but spending all your time lifting and doing your 'mission' isn't going to magically get you laid. my point is that social skills and presence are super important and i've seen many examples of my friends get laid with cute girls without lifting but having strong social presence. It is actually harder for most guys to risk rejection and go approach and build their social circles than it is to hit the gym and lift alone.
/r/TheRedPill27/09/18 06:14 PM
2

This is total bullshit. You're acting like getting laid requires achieving a 10th Dan black belt in tae kwon do, venturing into the innermost depths of your soul and achieving self realization. Girls are just as fucked up as we are. Cholesterol is healthy for you. Only a very low amount is needed for healthy cellular functioning. LDL levels of 50-70 mg/dL have been shown to be optimal for heart health. I was in the heavy meat camp for years. Cholesterol was through the roof. Cut out most animal products and focused more on high fiber fruits, vegetables, and complex carbs which has been working for me. Like I said before, humans can survive on almost any diet, but a whole food plant based one is the only one supported by the scientific literature to be health promoting and disease-reversing. The kind of girl who makes out with lots of guys is attention-seeking and derives value from her ability to mess around with men, even if she's being honest about not having sex with most of them. Exactly what I was going to say. OP is kidding himself if he thinks she's not lying though.

lol I'm generally pro plant proteins - I use pea, rice, and hemp with whey sometimes. Egg proteins are known to be most easily absorbed, with whey coming close. You have evidence that says otherwise? Would love to see it. How do you know that your gains are coming from the plant protein vs TRT? TRT would probably have a much bigger effect than the protein.

eh I don't think it's absurd but to each his own. A totally animal free diet is good for heart health and cancer but does lack certain vitamins like B12. It's up to each person to decide.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/18 08:52 PM

Sorry don't remember where I saw it but in general plant proteins do need to be ingested in greater quantities. I'm actually mostly vegan and have not had problems with lifting but it does take more planning and more adherence to shakes and eating more. For me going vegan was more about lowering my cholesterol and inflammatory profile and so far it's been working.

Have you seen the average reddit user? Ugly, fat, multi hair colored freaks chill out dude... reddit is one of the top 5 or 10 websites in the country, if not the world. YOu really think that stereotype holds true across all the millions of users? The freaks you're describing may be the most vocal minority, but they are in no way representative of the entire user base.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/18 06:30 PM

plant proteins tend to be less easily absorbed compared to whey or egg proteins... you have to 1.5x or double the intake to get a similar level of absorption.

Homo sapiens used to eat whatever they could find to survive which included vegetation AND meat. True that humans CAN eat plants and meat but all credible evidence suggests that humans are adapted to a largely plant based diet. Incidence of disease is lowest on a whole food plant based diet. Whatever meat humans would've eaten over evolutionary time scales would be relatively lean and nothing like the fatty cuts of domesticated beef and pork we have today from factory farms. IMO yes, but ideally if you need to fap do it without porn. Too much porn WILL affect sexual performance.
/r/askTRP04/09/18 03:07 AM

NoFap is idiotic. I get it... guys who masturbate to pr0n 10x per day probably need a cold turkey detox but once you get to a week or 10 days you can feel free to rub one out every other day. The key here is NO PORN. The association created by having an orgasm + watching another dude bang a hot girl is extremely unhealthy and you may find it impossible to get it up with a real girl.

While I agree with the premise that discipline is absolutely needed for success in life, I would also add that the most successful men do more than just slog through everything, day after day. They also prioritize the most important activities, and make it as EASY as possible to consistently do those activities. What does this really mean? 1) It means making tradeoffs. You cannot get jacked, ready 50 books a month, crush it at work, fuck 100 girls, etc. etc. all at the same time. Getting jacked …

You can be a hermit type with poor social skills, weird vibe, etc. and be successful if you're a genius far to the right of the curve (think of characters like House, or Monk, or other introvert genius types). If you're more towards the center of the bell curve, people will not tolerate a combination of mediocrity + poor social skills.

Nah don't get a hooker. You're totally able to get laid if you develop your social life a bit. You'll need to let go of some bad habits and start being around girls more often. Can you approach 3 girls a day out on the street? Can you start using Tinder, CMB, Hinge, etc.? If you're in a college town start hitting up college girls. Many of them are down to fuck an older guy. I say go for it. You can only work long hours up until a certain age and then it starts taking a toll on your body. 35-40 tops. If you feel like making more money, learning new skills etc. then go for it. Especially if you're talking about something like bartending which can help you get laid as well. Be careful though it might screw up your sleep schedule.

Mothers are essential for the early development of a child, both from a survival aspect (breastfeeding), and in forming a love map that informs that child's ability to form balanced relationships with the opposite sex. However, beyond the age of 12-13, a father's presence is more important, to teach the child practical skills, and how to handle his own emotions and make his way in the world.

6 days program is simply not optimal for a beginner and you advising it is plain dangerous. 6 days programs put incredible stress on the body Not really, as long as there a heavy days and light days it can work quite well. If a program, however, requires balls to the wall training 6 days a week that is a recipe for burnout. Such a program must also have a conditioning element to it!
/r/TheRedPill28/06/18 01:09 AM

IMO this program only works for rank newbies. Anyone who has even a few months of training under their belt will find that 4x8 sets become impossible to progress on. Furthermore, the progression is not based on %ages of your training max, which I think is not an intelligent way to program (a la Jim Wendler).

asian men in my classes are overly timid and polite nice guys not exactly "cocky assholes". The thing is, this approach works if you live in a tightly controlled traditional society. In the West this type of approach will only get you pussy once a girl is done carousel riding

Not really... seeing how many of my friends graduated from med school clearly showed me that high intelligence is not needed. Above average IQ sure, but mostly you just need to memorize lists and bust your ass to train during residency. Plenty of mediocre doctors out there... like any field there is a dominance hierarchy of competence and success.

We are unfortunately very ill-equipped to answer these questions at the age of 18, 21, or even 25. Good luck to you in your medical career! I have many friends that went that route while I elected to do a different sort of graduate school. I also saw quite a few people transition from medicine into other fields like consulting and public policy, before and after residency. The burnout and depression rate in medicine is alarmingly high, even for the top practitioners...

I like how everyone is throwing out ideas, tips, tricks, etc. without digging deeper into the question. Why do you really want $250,000/yr? How much are you willing to kill yourself to get it? What do you really value in life? When you're in college all you see is the big $$$, you don't see the sacrifice that's required to reach that stage. You also probably believe that that cash flow will make you happy, fill in your voids in your life, etc. Think carefully about the reasons why you want it.

I'm tall, successful, athletic looking and don't look what most would consider "middle age". I have interesting hobbies like djing and travel a lot for my work. Great combo. Where do you find you have the most success, if you think back? Mostly through social circle or cold approach?

Internalizing TRP so it becomes second nature IS hard. Not gonna sugar coat it. We've all been conditioned to be mewling beta bucks for 18+ years of our life so we need to spend a lot of effort to de-program. That said, you shouldn't try to be PERFECT with women. Focus on ONE thing at a time if you're trying to improve your behavior like eye contact, being unreactive, not paying for the date, etc. Internalize each one and get a lot of 'reps' with tonnes of interactions with different women. It'l…

Dude you have money and high IQ (this one's important) - with some hard work you can achieve A FUCKTON. The first thing you need to remember is that with social skills, it's a lot of learning by fire and trial and error. We've all been AMOGed, rejected, and even threatened with violence from jealous betas. You need to realize that you're better than these jealous fuckwads and approach girls from a position of strength, not weakness. Get into the gym and lift and erase the bald/short insecurity. …

What will end up happening is that men will become too scared of getting their reps and lives destroyed by accusations so no one will be assertive and push for sex. Then women will stop getting tingles and blame men for being spineless and weak. Oh well, sex robots are right around the corner anyway.

Anyways here's where you guys shit all over me but just remember, don't decide for the chick if she wants to get laid. It takes two to tango. I have no idea if the girls I've been with have been with bigger guys. I don't ask and don't care, because they're plates. If I'm not satisfied with their pussy then I get a BJ and/or cut them loose. Absolutely - a Mandingo-sized dick is going to feel tight in any pussy on Earth. If I had to list all of the factors in pussy tightness in no particular order: Genetics (overall vagina size) Behavior (how tight she squeezes) Girth Lubrication (very wet pussy will feel looser)

The real purpose is in your third paragraph. This isn't simply curiosity, it's such a high level of insecurity that you can't enjoy sex. Look, you're never going to know whether any particular girl has had big dicks in her past, especially based on pussy tightness. Focus on what you can control like your sexual technique and dominance during sex. Are you crushing it career-wise? Lifting regularly? LMR was significant but ended up fucking on the first date. She hasn't brought up anything related to n-count or previous partners at all. Women her age that have had many partners tend to exhibit certain behaviors like materialism, making a lot of demands, expecting you to pay for shit, dating multiple people at the same time, etc. I see none of that with her, which is why I'm wondering if maybe her n-count is actually quite low.

I hate rigid schedules so I tend to plan out the broad strokes of my days, weeks, and months. They key is prioritize a few activities that have a huge positive impact on your life: these are sleep, meditation, exercise, and good eating. The hardest thing is to get out of time wasting activities like getting wasted every weekend, doing bitch work for someone else, or being in useless relationships.

What's up with all the virgins on here saying you need to be a supermodel yourself to lay good looking girls? You absolutely DO NOT need to be in the top 5% to get laid. Read the Tinder guide on here, sexualize your profile, and set up the date quickly. If she agrees to meet you in person, you're 50% of the way to getting laid that night.

If we were to apply the 80/20 principle here: 80% of your focus should be on the 1st photo. Bam. just having a professionally taken shirtless 1st photo will get you a markedly higher win rate.

Given the information you have, I wouldn't LTR her yet... I would subtly try to get a little more info from her and then make your decision. Agreed - glad I have this forum to get feedback. Any ideas on how to get a better sense of her sexual history? I know girls always reduce their N count but I'd at least like to know if it's closer to 5 or 50.

First of all, you tell us what "went a little crazy" means. I think It means at least "one dick a week, minimum , for at least a year." That puts her n @ 50-plus. Go from there. That kind of n-count leaves emotional/psychological scars and I don't think any girl would show all of the green flags I listed above if she was that banged up. From what she's told so far, 'crazy' was relative to coming from a conservative family in Vietnam at age 18 and involved smoking hookah once, and eating a magic …
/r/TheRedPill24/10/16 05:13 PM

She seems good considering but know you don't have all the truth and never will. Truth. You can have a 24 y.o. slut who's sucked a hundred dicks and a 30 y.o. girl who's only been in a couple of LTRs so age is not always the best predictor. I'm going to back off a bit and keep spinning plates at this point and reduce my investment in her. Make her work for it a bit more.
/r/TheRedPill24/10/16 05:09 PM

Alright this is the real red flag dude. I knew I would find one. Yup - it's the biggest concern for me as well. From what she's told me, 'crazy' is relative to what her life was like in Vietnam in high school which means she probably wasn't snorting cocaine and doing gangbangs in college. Her definition of crazy seemed more like "I did hookah once" and "ate a magic brownie once". A friend of mine who knew her in college said she wasn't much of a partier. That said, I'm suspicious as to why I've …

Well-said - I'm definitely being too hasty and too easy on her. 1st: clear the dirt of those yellow flags, and attain some knowledge into weather they are actually red or green. There is no magic formula to getting rich. This is what the sub is all about. Approaching is half the battle, but the other half is moving the interaction towards sex and having your logistics sorted. Entire books have been written about this. See Manson's "Models" or Savoy's "Magic Bullets". Both are good and honestly all you need to read.

You shouldn't. It almost always comes off insecure. If you're determined to though, the only way you'll get a halfway truthful answer is to first open up a bit about your own sexual past and desires and make it clear that you're a non-judgemental person. Add a couple of drinks into the mix and a few questions designed to keep her talking and you'll soon know all about the cocks she's quaffed (why would you want to?). PS: Remember to multiply by 2.

But there are women with self control and it was taught to them by their fathers. Sure but all it takes is this girl moving to a big city, without the usual external social pressures to not be a slut, and she'll be gulping cock like a pro in under a year. Why? Because the other girls are all doing it and no girl wants to be a social outcast. In Western big cities, there's social pressure TO BE a slut.

OK you wanna play on easy mode? look for girls by themselves. on the street, in the store, in the line, at the bar. as soon as you see her, you have to begin moving towards her within 5 seconds. after 5 seconds you will convince yourself not to do it. Approach, smirk/smile, say "Hi, I'm X". Even if you bomb after that point, you can always be a little bit proud that you approached, without being wasted. Regret is worse than failure. Repeat.

That means that buying into the paradigm that she needs to love you first is a fool's endeavour. Indeed! Especially true in the West. The original PUA gurus like Ross, Mystery, Gambler, and Entropy (Mark Manson) were the first in the post-2000 era to come out and say this. It was definitely a major stumbling block in my life until I realized that you don't need to be friends with a girl, or have long conversations with a girl, or even need a girl to be in love with you before pounding her ass. While everyone on here is right (about not giving a fuck about her words), it ignores the reality that getting negative shit said to your face can be unsettling. agreed - but it is WAY easier to sit home and watch PUA theory than go out and expose your ego to rejection and failure. Julien called it living in the world of potential vs. the world of reality - only one of them really matters in the end. If there was a choice between reading a lot of theory and going out a little bit vs. reading a little bit of theory (like 10 hours total) and then going out and approaching a lot, the latter guy is going to get good WAY quicker than the former guy.

I really hate it when people post titles like "Blog post that will enhance your life" or "video that will enhance your life" Nothing will enhance your life except putting the knowledge into action. It's one factor out of many that some women consider important. Keep in mind that most women might find a big dick visually exciting but too painful to actually handle during sex. Girls also suck at knowing what 4, 6, or 8 inches even looks like. I know a lot of people are going to tell you to 'get good at sex'. You should certainly read up on how to do so, but realize that you need to have a lot of sex to get good at it. So handle that aspect as best as you can but remember that sex is both phy…

The 7' thing actually might work better than you think. In psychology there is the concept of 'anchoring' where at the start of a negotiation (or sale), the seller might put out a price that is much higher than what the buyer expects. I have no problem with people who feel they are underpaid, marginalized, or otherwise unfairly treated, taking to the streets and demanding something better. That they're willing to fight for what they want is actually admirable. You won't always win, like the air traffic controllers vs. Reagan, but it's a calculated risk you have to take. It's not your nationality that matters - it's how you look, how you speak and conduct yourself, how you dress, how you groom, etc. I know plenty of South Asians who know how to talk to a woman, how to dress stylishly and are in good shape who do well with women. Being tall with a chiseled jaw, etc. - the standard stuff - is of course going to help. A South Asian guy can do very well in places like South East Asia for example.

I think the most credible theory is that human civilization progresses on the basis of patriarchy, patriarchy being the social system that incentivizes male investment into producing offspring, caring for their offspring, and being a productive member of society as well as fighting in wars to protect said society. Behavior is absolutely a part of SMV. A woman who doesn't know you can only judge you by 2 things: your looks (height, muscularity, masculine features, grooming, dress, etc.) and your behavior (which includes posture, social proof, speech patterns, and movement patterns). Humans in general judge your status by behavioral cues, it's why emulating the behavior of successful men can lead to people treating you very differently and creates a feedback loop that can lead to towards actually becoming a…

Yeah there is a vaccine (Gardasil) and it's probably worth it for men to get it, especially young men. Don't know if insurance covers it though in the US. They generally don't recommend it for older men because there's a high chance that older men have already been exposed to at least one strain of HPV. But the vaccine will still protect against other strains.

HPV lives in the skin, not the blood, so you'd have to take skin samples all over your dick and pubic area to be sure. In other words, there is no test. There were only 1820 new cases of penile cancer in the US in 2015, so it's very rare. In the vast majority of cases, the infection clears on its own in men with healthy immune systems. If your urologist says otherwise I'd very interested to hear about it.

Oh ok. So she takes responsibility for her safety, which is good. If we think about what a girl really needs from a guy, the basic answer is security - financial (bringing home the bacon), emotional (you keep her emotions in check), and physical (you protect or at least seem able to protect her from harm). As long as you are able to provide 2/3 of those, you should be fine.

What kind of belly fat do you have - is it subcutaneous (just under the skin, soft, flabby) or visceral (hard fat, like a beer belly, deep in the abdominal space) or some combo? Honestly the best approach I've seen for fast fat burning is a keto diet. Ultimately eating less calories than you burn is what gets rid of fat but keto seems to be the more effortless way to do so, due to the hormonal changes. Lifting and HIIT will help retain muscle mass and improve fat burning. Leangains is a good met…

Check your testosterone. If your dick gets hard for other girls then yeah you have a problem. Have you tried changing up the sex? Doing it in public, on your car, in the library. Role playing is good too.

You really think you'll be OK with random dudes plowing your girl? If you answered yes, the answer is actually no. Every guy who gets into an 'open' relationship regrets it when they see how much dick their girl is sucking down. If you can somehow finagle an arrangement where you fuck other girls but she stays monogamous then go for it. That's like the holy grail.

At first glance this seems harsh to me, but this is exactly the kind of advice women would give to another woman without second thought, even if the woman had cheated and lied. There's no obligation for anyone to stay in a relationship. Expect lots of tears though.

My goals are to get laid of cold approach Great, let's start there and work backwards. Actually, before we get into the process, you should've already worked out logistics before you even met the girl. Are you meeting her near your place? Is there an easy way back to your place? Is your place clean and presentable? Do you have condoms? If you get all these ducks lined up, getting laid will almost become automatic, because it will much easier to move her to your place. Go back to earlier PUAs like Mystery (Mystery method), Savoy (Magic bullets), and early RSD Tyler - he was a big proponent of routines to get into the game fast before he found that 'natural' game sold better in DVDs and books. Mark Manson's Models as well. Most PUAs nowadays are focused a lot on 'inner game' and 'natural game'. Those things are important, but preset routines have been unfairly denigrated as 'outdated' and 'robotic'. A lot of the field tested ones actually DO work though. AWALT.…

Understanding enough psychology has led me to the assumption that there are, in fact, a series of "buttons" to press to get their panties. I would agree. Compliance professionals know about 'fixed action patterns', basically patterns of thought and action that occur when triggered. If your mindset is oriented around being the perfect BF and making her happy then your mindset is all wrong. For one thing, women hate 'perfect' boyfriends. My definition of the perfect BF is the type that women describe in Cosmo - sensitive, sweet, caring, etc. You gotta have some of that but balance it out with some dread, coldness, narcissism, self-interest, etc. In my experience, women love having something to complain about with their BF, which is also something for them to 'work on' and fi…

DO NOT STOP APPROACHING. DO NOT STOP IMPROVING YOUR GAME. I agree with this. If you watch RSD Tyler you'll see him say the same thing. He talks about why he doesn't advocate people going into monk mode first, or doing a bunch of other stuff first before doing a lot of approaches. The idea is that approaching builds a skill, desensitizes you to rejection, and then motivates you to go and do the other things like lift, study, etc., thereby creating a positive feedback loop.

Sounds like you didn't read or try to think about what's being discussed here. Patriarchy is a social system which ensures male investment into the next generation and protection of women and children. In such a system, men do hold the most power and female sluttiness is strongly dis-incentivized. This has nothing to do with 'becoming a man'. The point here is that the strongest and more resilient societies had and continue to have armies of beta males (men without power) to fight for them, to p…

Self contradiction within the book is one of the major criticisms of Greene's work. Keep in mind that it's more an encyclopedia of the laws of power, not a how-to guide on how to integrate every law into your life. You should read commentary on the book to understand which 3-5 laws are the most important for your life and try to integrate those one at a time. For example, Law 38 is often cited on TRP (think as you like but behave like others). Why do you suppose that is?

Women generally have the upper hand in getting casual sex even in their 30s and 40s (plenty of horny dudes out there) but getting a high value man to commit is difficult once you get out of your 20s and the types of men who will be willing to commit to you easily now, you will not be attracted to. Single motherhood is a societal disaster. Mothers may ensure a child stays alive, but she can't discipline and keep a child on the straight and narrow. A friend of mine who worked in the Singapore government told me that the government doesn't have a welfare program (or a very limited one) for single mothers because it would encourage the practice and lead to the breakup of the family unit.

You know what usually works for me? I focus on my breathing, meditation/zen-like, and clear my head of thoughts before each set. Then I go into a pre-programmed ritual of setting up strong, checking all my cues, and lifting the weight. The use of breathing and rituals are extremely powerful.

That you don't have to spend a lot of time and money befriending a girl in order to get laid (and building too much comfort from the start is actually counterproductive). Don't be ashamed of your sexual desires or think that girls don't want sex and have to be 'convinced' into having sex with you.

This is pretty much what Mark Manson says. There are two levels to game: 1) Access to girls - determined by your social circle, standing in society, and social status. If you work with models as a photographer for example, you have a higher chance of fucking said models compared to someone who doesn't even have a chance to meet one. 2) Game - your skill with girls that you have access too comprising looks, dressing, grooming, and all the other stuff we know and love. It's clear that Fiorina is a master of political game playing and Machiavellian strategy for personal gain but beyond that offers nothing of real value. Why do I say that? While HP stock plummeted and the company endured massive layoffs, she made out with a $40M golden parachute and has since only become higher and higher profile. I really don't understand how, in American companies, executives make such vast amounts of money for fucking up at their job.

I have a feeling your real problem is that you're only interested in men who are not interested in you. A reasonably in-shape girl can get laid by 1) applying makeup, 2) going out, 3) having basic social skills which means giving IOIs to a guy she wants to sleep with. (IOI = indicator of interest). I would actually NOT recommend straight up asking for casual sex as most guys (IN REAL LIFE) would find that weird, like there's something wrong with you. But here is the kicker: Few people on top are making most of the money (Bezos and few execs), while the rest are left to fight nail and tooth for some scrap. Seems like the tech industry in general has a few 'lords' at the top and a labor force full of serfs working their asses off to make them rich. I'm not a really a pro-union guy, but I doubt this kind of gulf existed back in the glory days of Detroit when there were more protections in place for labor.

Other posters have given you good advice - take heed and follow it. At a strategic level, you need to completely de-prioritize girls for the time being. Alpha status doesn't depend only on wealth, fame, money, and looks. It's also about MASCULINITY as expressed physically (size, strength, jawline/forehead) and emotionally (stoic, DGAF attitude, maybe even dark triad). See, despite all their advantages, these men don't exude masculinity (Bieber and Bloom). They don't have the physical presence of a James Packer and despite their wealth, may be just as beta around women as Joe down the street. Clearly, Orlando Bloom showed that.

those descriptors only applying to behavior Mostly a true statement - also applies to physical traits though (strength/muscularity, height, jaw and skull features, etc.). I wasn't suggesting that he should be antisocial or a dick. The truth is girls friendzone short guys much more quickly than tall guys and many short guys fall into this role of acting like a cuddly teddy bear and being an emotional tampon. In addition to the usual TRP stuff which applies to all men, you will need to overemphasize behavioral masculine traits (for example: if you get married don't do housework) to make up for a lack of physical masculinity. Also, becoming a doctor immediately puts you into the top 10% of society, status-wise. 1) You'll probably get more girls coming up to talk to you guys or who are receptive to approaches from your friend but 2) By comparison you will seem less attractive than if you were alone or with a less attractive friend. He/she could be purple polka-dotted for all I care, as long as the person is the best of the best. This is easy to say in theory, but extremely difficult to determine a priori. You can state qualities such as proven leadership ability, charisma, etc. are all important, but there is no job on earth like being t…

This has to do with the concept of presence which can be manifested through physical (large size, height, muscularity) as well as mental/emotional channels (center of attention, energetic vibes, grabbing attention through conversation). If you lack in one aspect, the other aspect should be played up. BTW, you will be perceived as being taller, bigger, etc. by women when you have a strong mental/emotional presence, even if you're not physically imposing.

I hate them both. Agree with you there, but don't see how pushing the Dems to the right is going to help the country - unless you mean to the right on certain social issues. The corporate welfare state that exists now isn't very beneficial for the average person and right wing policies are unlikely to improve the widening wealth and income gap or help the middle class to re-establish itself.

Being clear in intent doesn't mean saying outright "hey let's fuck". For girls, sex is clearly implied if you demonstrate your sexuality through good posture and physicality (kino + eye contact). In fact, you should assume that sex is on the table unless she clearly rejects you. If you have already set a precedent that you are not sexual, you are basically friendzoned and should probably seek greener pastures elsewhere.

Hitting on women is less creepy than trying to be pleasant, talking to someone, and getting to know them. RSD Tyler says exactly this is the video (can't find it) where he opens girls in two ways: "Hi... umm... hey... how are you...." -> girl thinks he is a creep and scurries away "YOU! I kinda feel sorry for women in this country - brought up on a diet of lies to believe that they should be 'comfortable in their own skin' and 'love themselves' and 'be accepted for who they are'. Then to have a boyfriend of X years give it to her straight no chaser - denial and anger are logical responses really. It's like how men are brought up on similar lies. Remember the Indian virgin guy who flipped out when he found out his wife was a slut? Thank goodness the manosphere exists.

With regard to the Japan video incident - agreed. Keep in mind however that RSDJulien has been purposely putting out videos and twitter updates of late that are intentionally extreme in order to generate publicity, positive or negative. This is horrible advice. It basically boils down to "look sexy and wait". Also, wearing a suit may be OK in higher end clubs but you'll look like an idiot in a regular bar. You want to evaluate frats for connections first, getting laid and partying second. While Ms. Patton says a lot of good stuff in this article, make sure you read her Valentine's Day article too. There are some questionable snippets like these: Those men who are as well-educated as you are often interested in younger, less challenging women. Perhaps, but men are not intimidated as some writers have suggested. Rather, it's women that are always looking to get into a relationship with someone better than themselves in some way. Could you marry a man who isn't your intellectual or …

Maintaining good habits is really the key to long term success in any discipline. But what if you have many bad habits already ingrained? I highly recommend "The Power Of Habit" by Duhigg. It will help you to understand the process of how to change bad habits into good ones. A google search should allow you to find a free pdf version if you're so inclined.

What is Leangains? Intermittent fasting calorie cycling carb cycling high protein daily heavy lifting, few exercises I don't strictly count calories/macros but I'm usually within an acceptable range for them (close to maintenance right now) and cycle them up and down for workout/rest days.

Basically Leangains but I don't try to achieve strict numbers for macros. Rather, I focus on eating 'clean', generally low carb, with calorie and carb cycling.

I'm glad you brought this up. As a late 20s Indian male with little sexual experience, every time I think about the possible arranged marriage with a possibly redpill wife vs. just staying single and improving my game vs. eventually doing a love marriage I think of the end game. Quite frankly, I think having that support network in your old age (family) is a powerful thing, but you have to find the right wife. Is the sacrifice of free sex with hotties worth it? I don't know, but I'm curious to h…

I read about this first on Youarenotsosmart.com. Great read, though it's a little long. One question I have is how this effect works with the basic human instinct towards reciprocity. That is, where doing favors for others creates a sense that they owe you something in the future. In this context, would making people do favors for you increase their resentment if you do nothing back for them?

From where is confidence derived? For different people it will be different things. Career, wealth, body fat %, muscularity, # of women slept with, intelligence, good looks, etc., maybe even dick size. Of course you can 'fake it till you make it' but you can't just convince or will yourself to be confident. The best way to build up lasting confidence is to take actions that make you step outside of your comfort zone. Now, if taking actions to make your dick bigger increases your confidence - why…

I don't buy this. Girls get turned on by a man who is independent, not supplicating, and willing to lead the interaction. The betas are not providing her with any thrills or excitement or satisfying her carnal needs.

Social circle game sounds like your best bet. Get involved in your community institutions so you become better known. You'll be able to meet and fuck more girls this way. I hear this often but I feel like there are other things you can do to tie your woman to you other than simply being more attractive than all other possible options. For example create some sort of disincentive for her to cheat on you or leave you or even create some sort of pyschosexual hold over her so that she can't imagine being with someone else.

RSD Julien framed this in a good way. You want to think of yourself as the buyer, not the seller. Most guys when approaching women have the attitude of seeing themselves as a product and trying to convince women of how good of a product they are. Instead, think of how you buy a TV at Best Buy or a car. You go in with a cool and calm attitude, evaluating all the different models that are available and asking questions to ascertain whether they meet your standards. You're the buyer not the seller.…

I don't know the answers to your questions (I have the same questions), but I do know that making fundamental transformative changes to the very way you think and interact with others is a process, and sometimes a long one that requires repeated application. Also, have you read these? http://therationalmale.com/2012/09/14/amused-mastery/ http://heartiste.wordpress.com/2008/05/21/girls-love-it-when-i-dont-take-them-seriously/

Thanks for all the advice. My frame was obviously too weak since I didn't want to have dinner with her in my original plan. By subtly question her fitness, are you talking about physical fitness? Thanks man... Action dates and erring on the side of boldness are really key. Also, good point about the accidental pregnancy. No argument from me. you: "I don't let girls I'm not fucking get into my bed. I haven't fucked you yet so stay out of my bed." shit test: "Where do you fuck girls the first time then?" you: "Against the wall" This is awesome. As I was saying the logical shit to her I knew it wouldn't work (I know that much about LMR) but being a virgin the desperation caused the words to just fall out. Thanks for the response. I've got a lot to learn.
/r/TheRedPill23/01/14 03:50 AM

I have read plenty of the material but it all went out the window because there's a difference between knowing something intellectually and internalizing it into your life. Regardless, I hear you loud and clear and I like the honest approach. Emotional and sexual manipulation is more a woman's domain, not a man's.
/r/TheRedPill23/01/14 03:45 AM
3

You're right - I was totally unprepared for this matchup against an experienced NY girl. I realize now why so many guys get trapped in bad situations with girls without realizing it. The emotional hold a skilled girl can have over you can blind you to the truth. Live and learn. And no, I don't want any sort of relationship with a woman who gave her pussy freely to one night stands then withholds it saying she's not ready and how it'll complicate things.
/r/TheRedPill23/01/14 03:40 AM
3

TBH, I find it distasteful for a man to be so manipulative solely for sex. I thought it was RP policy to be more direct and clear in intent since sexual and emotional manipulation is more the woman's domain. But on the whole I totally agree with your post. I refuse to be the Plan B backup beta provider for a girl who gave her pussy freely to other guys but now withholds it like it's a crown jewel.
/r/TheRedPill23/01/14 03:36 AM
1

Yeah I'm definitely the inexperienced one in this situation. Your idea is pretty brilliant in a manipulative way. I'm considering whether to go with it or the one that /u/nocontrol suggested about texting her "We shouldn't see each other any more" or some combination of the two.
/r/TheRedPill23/01/14 03:29 AM

I want to fuck her, but also preserve some measure of dignity in my own mind. I don't regard sex as more important than power and respect, even though my actions in this case were horribly supplicating.

/r/TheRedPill21/01/14 11:39 PM

This is a good perspective. If I delivered such an ultimatum it would make her realize that my options are currently 0 (maybe she knows already) or I'd be banging other chicks and not at all concerned with her withholding.

Thanks for the no BS response. The BJs were good, almost too good (though I can only compare her technique to porn I've seen). She's clearly had a lot of practice.
