I'll be honest, you can't compare trans men and tran women equally.

Transwomen are biologically males, and as we know males due to biology tend to be taller, stronger, more muscular, and more aggressive and violent than females (these are mianly for the outliers). So a lot of them can be more intimidating to women, especially if a lot of them are in the early stages of their transition.

Transmen whereas are biologically females, and females tend to be the opposite of males, so they are never really seen as threatening to most of us biological males.

Regarding transwomen in sports, that's a complex matter, but there are still valuable arguments that they retain the advantages that they derived from male puberty that are not remediable through simple hormone therapy. Being cautious about their participation in female sports is not necessarily transphobia, it's more about fairness.

This just shows, once again, how widespread misandrism truly is and that, not only are they conscious about its effects, but that they don't even realize its inherently misandric nature.

It also shows how misandrism is often times also a causing factor for transphobia.

They hate men so much they hate those they may barely perceive as men, even despite not actually being men, so much so they can't recognize them as "not men."

As per gender-divided sports, we're not our ancient predecessors, so we should do away with the concept entirely. To separate women from male standards of athleticism in sports just makes the underlying social empathy gap in favor of women even more obvious, and to advocate for giving women the inherent privilege of lower standards, knowingly of the underlying biases at play, is to accept the misandric side to it.

Transman here,

The trans people in sports debacle was preventable.

Transmen are transmen. Transwomen are transwomen.

Chromosomes can't be changed. The effects of HRT are in a sense a second puberty. The amount and timeline of changes varies.

There is a big difference in social interactions and spaces being occupied by both.

TM stay in separated communities and don't overlap much with men. TM more likely to occupy the same spaces as both TW and women. Given that Women would feel the encroachment on their spaces, so they will be more vocal.
