One day it was me and several coworkers chatting when I noticed the receptionist suddenly had sort of this look of disgust on her face, it was a “ughh what is he doing here” kind of look. It was such a blatant look too so I decided to turn around and check who brought this expression out of her. Turns out to be some guy who works at a restaurant or something upstairs, he was sitting down to grab a coffee from the cafe directly outside our office.

So here’s where it gets strange, I seen him say hello to her in the past, so my initial thought is the guy probably was hiding on her and she’s annoyed by him. Okay cool, no big deal. Then a few days later I see her sitting next to him at the cafe outside and chatting and laughing it up… why is she entertaining him?

Im so baffled by this, simply because the expression she had was unforgettable. I imagine myself in the guys shoes, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere near a woman who gives me such a disturbing look like that behind my back. There’s got to be some sort of explanation for this right?

And the look she gave was so obnoxious, it’s possible she might’ve actually wanted me to see her make that look. Maybe it’s a “I have guys that hid on me and I want you to see” kind of look… I don’t know… but it’s just strange and unsettling.
