Getting her to say yes has to be progressive. It's not about building a pattern. She's not going to magically go from "yes I work here" and "yes I absolutely love this city" to "yes, I'll give you my number".

Progressive means the commitment has to go from small to big. So it's more like, "yes he's not creepy" to "yes he makes me comfortable enough to keep talking to him" to "yes he's actually quite a fun guy" to "yes I do enjoy conversations with him" to "yes I am willing to give him my number". And each "step" does not require a particular action from you, but rather, becoming a guy that she would more easily say yes to.

Ah the Socrates method. It can certainly help, but attraction works in many ways, and there are other factors a woman thinks of, such as can guy: lead, be willing to emote, protect friends/family. Don't try to overthink it because if you play it logically and methodically a girl can see this and it will come off as weird.
