Have gone out with this girl a few times recently, tonight finally got her back to my place on the couch, but did not close the deal. It’s frustrating to get 98% of the way there and to fail at the end, but I want to improve at closing so Looking for advice.

This girl definitely has put up some walls and resistance throughout with resisting my attempts to kiss on the first couple of dates, and verbally stating she wants to be friends, etc.

However, her actions have been indicating compliance as I had started to ramp up the flirt game a bit and introduce sexual topics, etc., and for the most part, she has been receptive to my touch on her legs and holding hands and on her body.

She was sitting a couple of feet away from me on the couch so again not making it easy for me by cuddling up to me or anything like that. But I think this is where some technique specific to closing really needed.

My friend said I should do something like hold my palms out and place her hands on top of mine and look her in the eye And tell her why I think she’s special, etc. I also could have moved a little closer to her and started to slowly work my hands over her body.

So what I’m looking for here is what are the magic words/eye contact/physical touch mixture that will really help Next time I am in a similar situation.
