Most common problem guys have when it comes to approaching is themselves. Be it low self esteem, not enough confidence, shy, overthinking, yadda yadda yadda.

To me they’re all like having your wings clipped so you won’t be able to fly. Imagine a potential of a bird with its wings, how high and far it can fly if we get rid all of the obstacles. If we let the bird spread its wings.

Honestly I can’t tell you why are you shy and how you can no longer be shy, as that’s your journey to find out and you’re the only person in this world who knows every single detail in your life. Maybe past traumas, maybe you’ve been bullied, maybe your parents especially a dad figure were absent in your life. Or maybe just a simple fact that socializing and courting a woman is not taught by our parents or in school. Who knows.

Seriously ask your self “why am I ….?” That question alone is part of the inner game. It’s crucial in order to work on yourself to become the better you. In this case “why am I shy?” Start from there and I hope you find your answers.

I cannot tell you how many times I fucked up before I had any success with woman. I’ve received almost every conceivable rejection you could get before I started seeing routine results.

This might sound harsh but this is a you problem you gotta be comfortable and secure in who you are prior to approaching woman in any capacity cause they can smell it on you like feral dogs can smell fear.

After that’s it trial and error find an approach that is authentically you and go tweak that as necessary.

I’ve always been a direct and straightforward person but I had to learn how to use that in my approach without coming off as aggressive or abrasive.
