The Scottish government proposed creating five new offences in its Misogyny Bill including stirring up hatred against women and misogynistic harassment.

Misogyny would also be treated as an aggravating factor in crimes, which could lead to tougher sentencing.

And what's the bet that every single instance of a man accused of a crime against a woman would have "Misogyny" listed as an aggravating factor?
(Hint: It would be every single crime)

I'm sure this wouldn't at all affect the incarceration rates / prison lengths for men at all further showing the two tiered justice system in the country...

The Scottish Government are so ideologically captured they don't know what a woman is, and have spoken openly of their plan to shut all female prisons. They are so blatantly sexist they should not be enacting more legislation to criminalise men and protect women - The pendulum has already swung too far as to criminalise unfairly men and let women get away with murder, and yet the racist and xenophobic SNP are trying to go further in enacting a matriarchy.
