In 2006, after an extensive investigation into Family Law custody and residence outcomes in Australia, the Howard Government passed the "Family Law Amendment (Shared Parental Responsibility) Bill 2005" which reflected the Government’s determination to ensure the right of children to grow up with the love and support of both their parents.

Although these laws centred on the rights of the child to know and be parented by both the Mother and Father, with a presumption of 50% residency between parents, judges retained the discretion to decide cases on merit. But the onus was on the parent seeking 100% custody or more than 50% residency by alleging negligent parenting, DV or child abuse, to provide evidence of that, sufficient to convince a judge on a Briginshaw standard (i.e. that the more serious an allegation, the more substantial the evidence required to prove, on the balance of probabilities).

Feminists were fuming over these reforms, because John Howard had listened to mothers and fathers during the investigation, as well as family law women's advocates. One of the most convincing facts used by Father's advocates to support these reforms, was the statistics from custody and residency cases in the Family Court of Australia (including the Federal Magistrates Court - Family Law Division), which showed an appalling record of Fathers being excluded from their children's lives for no good reason.

Immediately after these reforms, the Family Court of Australia stopped publishing the statistics from contested and settled Family Law cases, because of likelihood that these statistics could be used by radical men's groups to influence government policy. I kid you not. The Family Court actually published a newsletter saying this, but have since removed the newsletter.

So now these statistics are only available on request, are only provided to select researchers and journalists (all feminists), and are only available to the public after being carefully veted, adjusted and selectively published.

Selectively adjusted data were used to attack the presumption of 50% residency from the 2006 reforms. For example, women's advocates claimed that since the reforms statistics released by the Family Court revealed a risk of family violence in 80 per cent of parenting disputes before the court, and a risk of child abuse in 70 per cent of cases. These claims, and similar claims, resulted in the Gillard/Rudd governments overturning Howards reforms, and introducing a range of inducements for women to claim DV or child abuse to gain 100% custody, 70%+ residency, more favourable financial settlements. Further reforms by the Albanese government have turned the Family Court of Australia into an extension of the DV industry, with fathers considered problems/risks rather than parents.

Since these recent reforms the numbers of men winning shared residency matters plummetted, but for somewhat invisible reasons. Any Family Law solicitor worth their money, would advise against taking a custody/residency matters to trial (excepting certain winners), because the chances of a claim of DV or child abuse escalates, and the chances of winning are not certain. So the vast majority of Fathers are advised not to fight the 70-30 rule, of every second weekend and half the hols, with the kids residing with the mother.

These stats are then used by women's advocates to quote the high rates of alleged DV or child abuse in Family Law cases, and show that fathers actually agree to mothers having custody/residency of children, or win a reasonable proportion of contested cases.

So you can still get this data when its published by the sexist pigs running the Family Court scam. I'm certain the de-identified collated data is no longer available to the public.
