If you're gonna immediately proposition someone for an MFF threesome then the other commenter would be right, its a hard sell. You'll probably get better luck putting that on an online dating profile.

It also depends on the setup you have with your GF.

When I was polyamorous, I didn't have a main partner. All my sexual partners were basically FWBs and I always added new girls into it while previous girls also left from time to time.

That allowed me to just seduce a woman, sleep with her, let her know I'm sleeping with other women (don't judge til you ask me how I go about this), and if she continues to see me after finding that out, I get to know her to see if she's open to messing around with another girl involved, and if she is then I'll just invite her out at the same time as another girl so basically all 3 of us are out on a date together.

If the girls get comfortable with each other, we just go back to my place and it's pretty seamless from there.

If you can just sleep with another woman without your GF around then that's the easiest method.

If you can only have sex with someone else when your GF is around and you don't want to use dating apps for that then let me know and I'll explain alternative methods.

My partner and I have about a year of experience with other women now, and have slept with quite a few gorgeous women. Brief breakdown on each:

Social circle - we avoid close friends, obviously, that's a recipe for disaster. But we're hot, friendly, and relatively open about our lifestyle, and we've often found that single friends of friends are intrigued by us. We always treat women well and show them a good time so they'll actually positively review us to their friends, lol. Just be careful about people catching feels - bigger risk with this group than others.

Raves/festivals - Pretty simple, basically like club game, but a little easier because people are more often to be bi-curious or experimental, and it's easier to actually talk to people. In these situations, having a hot female partner do the approach is almost cheating - she can go up to a girl and start dancing with her in a very nonthreatening way, then you can join.

Feeld - basically Tinder for ENM people. Treat it the same, but would recommend both you and your gf making profiles - these are more popular than couples profiles. Transition matches to group conversations with the three of you quickly so women know your girlfriend is actually a real person.
