If she is your friend, then you treat her like a friend. She is not at your place thinking that you want to get in her pants, and you attempting anything like that will be met with resistance and cause huge distrust potentially ruining the friendship. Her breaking up with your boyfriend or whatever doesn't mean you are in line for sex or romance or anything, she just goes to you because you are safe place to stay. The idea of sleeping with u isn't even in her mind at all. You are not her second choice for sex, not even for cheating. You are really misguided if you are being her friend hoping that eventually you will be rewrded with sex or love, that's not happenign with this girl no matter what happens between her and her boyfriend.
