Just an unimportant question you may have the time to answer: I got home from work about hour ago. I enter my apartment and hear my neighbor (a laydee) sobbing through our thin apartment walls, along with the voice of a man. My mind goes to worse-case-scenario, and I become concerned that she is being abused to the point that I become anxious. Before I ring her doorbell to check on her, I consider that my concerns are beta, but write it off as concern for the well-being of another person. It turns out that her aunt and uncle are visiting her, and her aunt's the one who's crying. I think that my level of anxiety over the situation was pretty ridiculous, but I'd like to hear the opinions of RP men on the situation for better self-reflection. Oh, and before you ask if I've smashed: she's not attractive.
