I've heard from various people that there are places on the east coast where even if you are a high SMV guy of a certain minority group (Asian or Indian), you are still going to have a tough time because women of your own race will prefer white guys and white women will not go for you, they will even go for lower SMV guys over you.

My question is this, what parts or types of areas on the east coast would you say really fit that profile?

Or a better way for me to ask this, if you had a friend that was tall, attractive, and financially well off but he happened to be Asian or Indian, what parts of the USA would you tell him to avoid because his race will still be a dealbreaker there?
