So I got this nurse’s number at a hospital that I transport to (I’m a fireman). I am going through a divorce and when she first started working there I thought she was gorgeous but I was in a massive hoe phase where I was really honing on my seduction and spinning plates. That was 8 months ago. After now 32 lays with a wide range of women I met on tinder, bumble and in person with a wide arrange of different types of women from 5-8 on the attractiveness scale I’m 5’10 225 former college athlete build 11 % bf and I’ve been told by multiple nurses and my ex wife and other chicks that I picked up that I am a 9-10 although I give myself a legitimate 7. So through times and interactions I developed a bit of a “crush” on her according to my friends who say they never seen me act like this and they said that I should go and ask her number and ask her out. So I did (I didn’t know her actual name or relationship status) and she said of course and told me that she always thought that I was cute and never thought that a guy like me would be into her. So we started texting and I tried to not text too much and I got her to agree to a date for tomorrow. She said that she would love to and is looking forward to it. Then I told her that me and my soon to be ex wife are still legally married but we are getting documents worked out right now. She said “I’m gonna be totally honest with you, I don’t think I can date you if you’re still married - even if there’s not feelings. If you were single, I would. You’re super sweet”. So I further explained my situation and she did not address it and she resumed texting me. So we sent some flirty text messages and pictures and she seemed really interested in me until yesterday I sent her a message and she did not respond the whole day. I did not double text and just kind of went on about my day and talked to the two other women that I’ve been sleeping with but have no real interest in personally. She was still at work and had been at work all four days we have been communicating and I just don’t know if she is just losing interest or what. I’ve never dealt with this in much capacity especially from an in person approach. Usually they will text me back all day and I’m the one who will be getting double texts. She did not say anything else about the divorce and everything with my soon to be ex but I just am not sure nor do I know her well enough to know her personally. Do I play this nonchalant and just never text unless she texts me and just cancel the date? Or do I send a text and ask if we are still on and see if she responds. Need some help this sub has helped me out a ton.
