You have to hit on one of the girls, and yes you have to choose and sacriface the others. So you only got one shot if they all know each other.

In order to hit on one girl, you need to tell her that you find her cute, that you love something specific about her, and that you wanna go for a walk with her or take some drink at the bar to get to know each other better.

If she is not interested, your chances are pretty much over because she will tell the rest of the girls and thus it's unlikey that those other girls will give you a chance, since then it will seem to them like you are just desperate to get laid with anyone.

So choose wisely.
