A couple months ago there was a new girl at work, she kept passing by me and eventually "ran into me" i gave her my number and she texts me that same night trying to get to know me, I told her "I got enough friends, if you change your mind well see what happens take care". I felt something strong initially towards her but thought maybe it was all in my head. anyways 2 months go by and we are basically both ghosts on the job, never acknowledged each other once, till she randomly texts me to hang out at midnight, I tell her "maybe .. we'll see" and she says "okay lmk" and basically i ask her out 2 days later and the date happens, its 3am, we are in my car and she basically melts instantly, we didn't even talk yet. After like 30 minutes of kissing and both being "handsy". she starts bombing me with like 100 questions, like all little details about me, i basically teased her and made it into a game, she was emotionally reacting to every tiny thing i said. but it got to the point where i just grab her and start round 2 and she melts again. *this is where the fumble happens.. she said lets go to the park.. and we start walking to a secluded area and she says "this is the spot" . i tell her there is too many people here. Its 5 am the sun was out, and the ducks were quacking . She says "just take off your glasses" and i say no lets go back. the vibe immediately dies because i didn't "smash". I knew it was all over in that moment. Anyways i go to work the next weekend and she is giving me puppy eyes an is like staring at me at work, so I'm like maybe she just wants me to lead? so i ask her out, and she deflects no reschedule. The next week same thing, she is giving me puppy eyes and is even offering to help me with work stuff, so i cave again, i asked her out and she deflects. so the next shift i had a friend whos a girl drop me off and one of her co workers did like a double take 180 look right at me, and that night shift the girl went suddenly in "work mode" , she suddenly stopped giving me eyes and favors. I only saw her back through my peripheral that. Keep in mind she's the one whos forced these in person engagements . After that I took 2 weeks off work, but i work tonight and I'm assuming we will be ghosts again. So my question is how can I use this as practice to reflip the frame? I feel like this is the same loop as when we first met, ghosts again?
