What is the deal with all of you guys needing it to be about "winning" and "losing".

"Holding frame" does not mean needing to be in control all the time. When she called you "mean" she was probably just flirting with you. If she thought you were being too mean she wouldn't have responded or she would have put up a boundary.

Flirting is a dance it's not an Olympic sport. There are no winners and losers. It's supposed to be mutually fun!

And she unfollowed you so how are you supposed to message her? Just take the L and stop playing games with the next woman.

Obviously you went overboard. Banter is fun but it's common for people to go too far. Over texting there's even higher risk because she can't read your body language like she can in real life.

Teasing requires proper voice tonality for it to land playfully. WHen you text that voice tonality is missing therefore, everything reads not how you intended, but rather how they interpreted in their own head.

You think you are saying something lighthearted but the way she reads it is completely serious. So your tease now becomes an attack in her mind.

That's why we have repeated in this sub countless of times, that the phone is for setting up dates, not to seduce her, not to game her, not to get to know her, not to talk about your days,... No! The phone is for setting up dates.

And if a woman doesn't want to see you when you set up a date it eans that the issue is not that you didn't text more, the issue is that conversation in person wasn't solid enough even if it was fun or friendly.

And no, you can't now act apologetic like "oh sorry i didn't mean to, please like me back", because that comes across as insincere. Why does it come across as insincere to women?

Because you are only apologizing to get her back. In other words, she will know you want her attention back and that's why you apologize. An apology is only real when you really don't expect to salvage the conversation. You are just saying it without an agenda because you regret hurting her feelings, but at the same time you don't ask her to continue where you left thigns.
