Sometimes it does change, most times it doesn't. There are things to look for to see if your girl might be cheating.

--Sudden, abrupt changes in physical appearance. She's gone on a fitness kick and is losing weight. (If she's in a relationship, this means she's getting ready to break up and move on.) She's changed her hairstyle. She bought new clothes (esp. underwear). Her pubic hair grooming is different.

--long unexplained absences. Working longer hours. More GNOs.

--new friends.

--phone guarding.

--more defensive about her whereabouts and activities.

--overexplains, gives too many details, when discussing her activities.

this can go either way, some are so good at it, you will never know ... but watch her friend's behavior. they usually will know and they will start to act awkward and uncomfortable around you. more inside jokes from them. some will even drop real vague hints that you can pickup on ... if you are looking for it.

if she starts to use the 2nd bathroom more often, if she starts bathing more and takes less showers.

Depends. Some girls are so good at lying that you won't suspect a thing.

Also, always listen to your gut. You know something's off.
