There are problems with your outlook on this.
1) You are not outcome independent. You are trying to find out what to stay so that she'll come out with you, no matter what. You should not do this. 2) You are afraid of losing this one and only chance you'll ever have with the only girl in the whole wide world. Why? You've had a couple of dates, and she seems interested. The question is genuine: do you want to hang out with a third person or not? I think that that would be weird.

So, you can say a simple "no". Maybe a "only if your girlfriend is hotter than you"

What's coming across is that you're really insecure. Don't be. Think of the most confident man you know, and think "how would he act?" Then do that. Confidence is sexy, insecurity is not.

I think you're overthinking it, not a really big deal either way. Make a night of it, come time to crash the friend will go her own way and you two are still free to crash at your place.
