Judges in Florida really don't want to try divorce cases and they will do everything in their power to force the attorneys to work it out. It actually pisses Judges off when attorneys force a trial bc they can't work it out. That said, direct your attorney to file a motion to set the case for final hearing. It's really the only thing you can do unless you can agree to settle.

Im sure it varies a lot by location. I looked it up the other day, and it said one to two years. It just depends on how backed up courtrooms are.
