Hey /r/asktrp. I am a long time lurker on this sub and the parent sub. I am not 100% familiar with the TRP lingo, so forgive me if I misspeak.

I work at a restaurant and one of my co workers (F) is playing another co worker (M) so hard. The (F) co worker recently got dumped and is craving attention (I think this sub refers to it as 'validation'). The (M) co worker had always been crushing on this girl and when she gave him the time of day, he pretty much fell head over heels. The kicker is that when he's not at work or in ear shot really, she talks about her tinder hookups with her circle of friends at work.

I am probably 5-6 years their senior so I've pretty much kept silent and observed all of this, but I feel like if I was as blind and dumb as this poor guy then I would want someone to drop some truth on me.
