I can’t believe how far I’ve come over the last year. Going through one of the most traumatic experiences in my 36 years on this earth, my divorce, and the life that I created with someone who I thought was my forever. I honestly didn’t think I’d make it out the other side.

In September of last year, I had a full mental breakdown. I was struggling with severe suicidal thoughts and ended up hospitalized for over a week. But I made it.

I know some of y’all are struggling right now, trying to make sense of everything and wondering if the pain ever stops. I promise you, it does. Don’t try to fill that void with someone else. I’m telling you right now, that’s not the answer. Heal. Grow. Become the man you truly want to be.

I’m so grateful for the life I’ve created on my own. My daughter and I have an amazing relationship, and I’m in the process of selling the marital townhome and buying my very own house next month.

Stay strong. Surround yourself with good people. Do the hard reflection. One day you’ll look back and realize this was the turning point in your you life and look back on that moment of suffering and realize you have the rest of your life ahead of you. You have the ability to rewrite that story, exactly the way you want too 🙌🤜🙏
