Where she wants you to work is not relevant. She will not be less attracted to you if you take the job where her ex is. If she dumps you over that, good riddance, you don't need that kind of drama queen in your life.

Take the job that is best for you.

The better job, for the sake of your relationship with her. If you cave in to what she wants, on the one hand she'll be pleased, but on some level she also won't feel good about you any more.
