I was falsely accused of sexual harassment as a supervisor after dealing with a lot of misconduct from a group of 20 year old girls. After an investigation that showed that no sexual harassment had occurred, I was still moved from my position because the employer cannot keep me in my role since I am seen as a risk.

Look up the “Mike Pence rule,” and if your manager asks you to handle misconduct, make sure to bring your manager along.
