I ended up being let go from my job back in October. I immediately enrolled in CDL school, git my CDL and start on my OTR position this Friday.

We have custody court (currently 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off) on Jan 30th where all motions will be heard and a final decision made.

The motions include substance abuse (alcohol) violation of drinking when around the children, exposer to overnights eith her new boyfriend before 6 months dating, and many more.

I won all of the assets in the divorce and mediation and merely had to buy her out as a result of equitable distribution.

My question: Has anyone here won, or known someone to win full custody when they are a long haul trucker?
