Hi everyone so my situation is like this

Married for 5 years lived in same house hold sleepy in separate bedrooms for 3 years of marriage according to her said our mattress is so hard on her back but I call it bull**** just as an excuse have a 5 year old son together so technically married cause of the child we both thought maybe give him something we both never had which was having both parents in his life …over time disrespect happen cheating happen in both ends fights began lucky it didn’t get worse that we received purple eyes or broken bones just bad arguments. We sat down we talked and we agree on divorce was our only choice sense we just are bad together and our son is starting t see it .

Here’s the part that’s confusing well was for me at least she says she doesn’t want me anymore nor cares of me but just cares about me been a father to our son couple of days ago her phone was out I log in her phone found out she was talking to multiple guys sending then xxx photos of herself etc planning dates with guys to go out at first I thought I was gonna be mad jealous but none happen to me it just made me realize I don’t love her anymore with all the damage we done to one another . Just curious to me when I saw messages about her telling her family members about me been a bad dad and doesn’t want me around our son saying the worse of the worse to them .

Meanwhile in person she telling me the opposite little to long story my mother in law found out she been seen and talking to other guys and felt embarrassed cause we haven’t even filed yet and she already out and about but is more concern is why is she bad talking about my parenting when she sees am a good dad of her grandson

Holidays were good calm and peaceful but I felt something off during the dinners when she texted me “she wanted me over “ when I said no it’s ok you have fun with your family . at this point just know is all lies now and she just gets mad at me when I take my son out to activities for us to do like to the park ride the bikes play ball walk the dog etc simple in expensive things of course I let her know where we at and don’t come back home no later than 7pm or 8pm my understanding is she seems happy with those guys she talking to why she even bother me with her nonsense she cares about me still

My mother in law says she wants to meet and mess around with others but doesn’t want you to do the same once you guys are divorce

I just told her the only part is gonna hurt is not having my son home every day when custody ranges

Gonna go see different lawyers about an estimate in my next life

Roughly make around 4k take home a month

She works part time/ full time makes around 2k a month I pay for everything and she doesn’t an when it comes to our son we both to contribute to his needs in clothing and school supplies

Every day I pick my son from school

And my work schedule is steady on days off meaning am off Friday’s and Saturday’s every week
