tldr: Getting out of LTR, any post-breakup/monk-mode tips?

Getting out of my LTR of 3 years with a possible bpd-female is probably my final act of truly taking/internalizing the red pill that I found a few years ago.

I've made the necessary arrangements and its happening in a matter of hours. I know after ( and I right now) I will be very vulnerable to a truckload of different emotions so I'm already preparing to go into a monk-mode/self-improvement situation so I can throw my energy into something positive while I re-calibrate myself.

Are there any pointers or tips in general concerning fitness, mental improvement, meditation that you could offer as I enter into this new phase of my life?
