I know this may get down voted or totally hated on, but Chris from gll has a concept called 'sexual availability' that may explain some of this. Not every girl is in a situation where she is willing to bang you, even if she is very attracted to you. There can be a million things going on in her head and in her life that may make it so she doesn't want sex.

There has probably been times in your life when you just don't want sex even though it is easily attainable, I know there has been in mine. Girls live through their emotions, and if her emotions are telling her not to fuck anyone due to her current state, she is just not going to fuck.

My advice, don't take it personally. Keep in touch with her from time to time if you really want to have sex with her but she just won't right now. A females emotions are turbulent, and she may change her opinion on sex with you very quickly. Just make sure you aren't giving her validation if she is not giving you what you want. I'm saying stay in touch, not see her all the time.

It sounds like you're being used for validation and aren't the alpha you think you are. So, quite possibly some denial. Depending on culture however, it may be unacceptable to have such casual sex and as such they may be the cultural hoops you need to jump through.

You have to understand what you present when they see you.

Imagine you go to the grocery store and you can get a chocolate bar or a roasted chicken.

In this case... You have two choice as a mate. Be a provider of validation and comfort, or be a provider of pleasure and fun. Girls can't see both parts at the same time. So, you need to make sure girls see what they want from you, and make sure they want what you have to offer. Also, it doesn't hurt if you prime them sexually through physical fitness, looking good, etc. when you break out the escalation towards sex, they know what they're getting and what you are offering.
