Seduction theory is about freedom and agency. Fundamentally, self improvement is about your innate ability of making something out of nothing. It is not about putting points in a graph and making theories of equivalent exchange.

It is about the achievement, the potential. This is all what and more the SMP theory applied to rigidly misses. Which leads to the following fundamental insight:

"Adopting SMP theory and try to excel in it, is akin to waiting for the teacher to say "good boy" and give you a girl as a prize"

It removes all the agency and adventure out of the equation and reduces courtship to something I would hardly believe is pleasant to experience.

Hence, follow the topic only on the first level of abstraction, it is not a theory meant to be taken verbatim. Same is true for all discussions of value. You are not a point in the SMP graph; you are a range of points, all conditional on how you use your social skills in the short to medium term.
