As with all dry spells, essentially it comes down to luck to brake, so you have to plow through it. Currently you have "bad reaction" -> "inner pain" -> "another bad reaction".

Eventually, you will get a good reaction, maybe a date or a lay, and then you can turn it into a positive spiral. "good reaction" -> "feeds self esteem" -> "more positive reactions".

You can self-diagnose your inner game quite well infield, so next you are in set, take a moment to note your thoughts and feelings. Try to phase out negative self talk, until the results inadvertedly return.

It will suck until luck smiles at you, but if you ever had, you wont lose all your charm and skill overnight.

do you live in a cold northern climate?

people tend to have lower libidos during the cold winter seasons, makes it harder for regular guys to pull girls when the girls are less interested in sex in general. more sun more sex, just don't get burnt or you'll need a cream for that :p
