A simple "Ok" works too. The point is not to give a shit because you are not easily provoked by such drivel, as in, you have too much control and your time is too valuable to entertain it.

If I can't think of an insult of the other guy fast enough, I'd just top the insult to myself with another one. Already heard everything about me, I know the best punchlines automatically. It's my way of saying I don't give a fuck.

Insult right back, about a personal feature...if you've got a weak frame, you'll be tongue-tied. But have a strong frame, and being insulted won't phase you or knock you back at all.
