If you want to feel desirable you have to exhibit attractive traits. “Be attractive, don’t be unattractive” is actually really good advice.

Set goals and achieve them. This builds your self confidence and makes you more desirable because it demonstrates that you have discipline, consistency, work ethic, competency, follow-through, etc. all of which are very desirable to high quality women.

I recommend always having goals in every key area of life. For example:

Physical - deadlift 425 pounds, run a 10k, etc.
Mental - meditate 10 minutes a day for 90 days, read a book a week for 12 weeks, etc.
Social - attend a social gathering one night a week for 12 weeks. Start a conversation with one stranger a day for 90 days, etc.
Financial - find a new income stream, map out how to position yourself to get a raise at work, plan and follow through on a budgeting and investing plan.

Edit: I assumed you already considered the basics of making yourself more physically attractive, but if you haven’t - get in a lifting routine, eat moderately healthy including lots of protein and veggies, get regular haircuts, stay clean shaven or keep beard well-groomed, shower every day, brush teeth twice a day, get regular dental cleanings, wear high quality basic clothes that fit well.
