I've been on a date with a girl. She didn't seem that into it, but at the end, she tried to kiss me. Wasn't expecting it, so I gave her a light peck. Anyway, she said she was down for date 2 in 2 weeks time.

Today, I texted her something playful. She asked me how my weekend was, and I gave her a cringey long-ish answer (told her a few things I did, but then I texted her a min later about something else that was more respondable). Honestly, reading it again, it's not that bad, but she didn't reply.

Initially wanted to text her just to plan the date for next week, but she hit me with a no reply before I could get there.

What are my next steps? I'm not going to double-text...but how do I recover if she doesn't text back, given that we talked about going on a second date next week?
