Thanks so much for this. I actually agree with you. I really strugged with this line. Originally, I had it written as "much" instead of "more", and arguably, I think that was the better word.

The reason I changed it was because I didn't want people to misunderstand and attribute the song as something that denies women's issues and thus be relegated to hateful manospheric content. Often, as soon as anyone suggests that men face any amount of discrimination or gender bias, it's relegated as such, and I wanted to avoid that. So I decided to concede the possibility that on the whole, women still face potentially more discrimination as a way to soften the message. That might be true... it might not be true. I think it's probably impossible to determine, and ultimately doesn't matter.

But anyway, just wanted you to know that was the thinking behind that line. I thought about going back and changing it, but so often with art and expression, endless tweaking can prevent us from finishing. So I decided "done is better than perfect", so just released it as is.
