Whats a way to tell if women are cheating?

The phrase "Where there's smoke, there's fire" was probably created for this exact situation, cheating partners. Not always, but I'd say a vast majority of the time there is AT LEAST something dishonest going on with someone's partner when there are suspicions by one party. My last relationship I was in before I discovered TRP has some pretty cut and dry text book examples I'll recall for you:

During one of the times where I was working and she wasn't, (predominantly over the course of the relationship) she didn't have a car and didn't drive at the time. There was something she had to do for a job interview or some shit or take a drug test or something. She didn't tell me about it beforehand nor did we set anything up for her to get a ride there. Strangely enough I didn't hear from her almost all day at work. When I did talk to her she had told me her "friend Chris" gave her a ride. Chris was a guy I recall seeing on her facebook before we started dating where she was telling him "you're so hot baby" and all this other similar stuff. He was a pretty ripped dude and in real good shape also, way higher SMV than me at the time. That week, she was an animal w/ me in bed, every night she was just giving me head for no reason (which was rare even when we would be having sex regardless) and initiating sex which also almost never happened.
She would often go to her friends house to parties and not invite me. I'd stay at home alone, she'd go out there and drink and almost always end up staying the night. It was either her male "best friend who she grew up with" or her female "best friend who is also good friends w/ her male best friend she grew up with". She later accidentally let it slip that she had sleep with this guy before in an argument about yet ANOTHER guy she was cheating on me with.
Once she did finally keep a job for a bit, she got off work 4 hours before I did, still not having a car, she would need rides home. Most of the time, she was riding with the aforementioned "male best friend". Then, she began catching rides w/ her "new friend James" whom I'd never met. I was told not to worry because "He's married with kids and lives w/ his wife." IDK how long this went on cause it's hard to remember, but I specifically remember one night she said she and her friend were going to the movies, and that her friend (a girl whom I knew) was almost to the house to pick her up, but she needed to walk to the end of the street because she couldn't find the house. It's 2013, every smartphone in the world has a pretty accurate GPS, especially in a decent size city such as mine. She was gone for probably 4 to 5 hours. The following week I got a message from some woman on FB I didn't know, saying that my girlfriend was messing around w/ a married man. This woman also confirmed that they same night my g/f "went to the movies", her husband also said he was "going to the movies alone". I mentioned he had been giving her rides home, and his wife said she works all day so she would be they went back to their house while the both of us were still working. I confronted my g/f she said they just kissed (bullshit, trickle truth) and me being super beta, thinking this girl was the hottest/last girl I'd ever get, and just not wanting to basically restart my life, said fuck it and forgave her.
Down the road, she's still at the same job, similar scenario, she is getting rides home from work mostly from "her best friend she grew up w/" but then suddenly she began getting rides home from her friend "Daniel". This guy also had a second job as a bouncer at a local bar here in the bigger city next to us, and this was around the time of her 21st birthday. I would notice this guy leaving comments on her pictures and stuff on FB, like he "can't wait for her to turn 21" or he'd make comments about her body or shit like that. She even got a ride home from work from him while I was actually home, so I even witnessed it myself. One day she didn't expect me to be off, and I told her I'd pick her up, and she actually got mad because she wanted him to bring her home. I am waiting for her in the parking lot and another guy who worked there (who'd seen me drop her off/pick her up several times) walks by my car and tells me "You better watch your girl man." I think nothing of it. Her birthday week comes around, she gets a new haircut, new dresses, etc...we go out the day of, that weekend she insists that it's only a girls night. At this point I have a good idea of what's going on, and in my own screwed up head I think to myself that if I have sex w/ her before she goes out, she won't want to tonight. I convince her through insisting/begging and we have sex, she's not shaven. She gets out of the shower, completely bald. They go to his bar. She doesn't come home that night. Later in the week she messages me telling me that he's freaking out and going to message me and he's mad because he wants her but she's with me so he can't have her, that she wants me and only me and she doesn't like him and nothing happened. He indeed does message me and tells me not only did he fuck her, but the aforementioned guy w/ the wife, AND her "childhood best friend" did as well and that "I should get a new g/f". Again, like before, when you're beta and in these situations, it's way easier to just say "Fuck it, what's done is done, and continue on." Standing up for yourself and rebuilding yourself takes courage, confidence, and will power that I didn't have at that point in my life.

Sorry for the long post, I've actually been meaning to tell those tales as a sort of "Blue Pill to Red Pill" journey to share w/ others and had never typed them out before, it was somewhat therapeutic. Sorry for the novel and sorry for the massive amount of cringing I just caused everyone in this sub, at least know that I will NEVER let that shit happen again.

Gut feeling seems pretty apt. No girl had afaik cheated on me, but I told my boss, I think my gf is cheating on me, after this feeling. his current gf had cheated fairly often and he tolerated it.

After the gut feeling I recall -late night messages -weird schedule changes i.e., said she had to stay at work another hour, when arrived she was in normal clothes not uniform - argumentative about nothing just to instigate fights - jokes / humor about never seeing me again - a dream when she stayed overnight, that I couldn't find her.

Checked her phone, found a picture of her period blood / underwear. 1 week later got on public transport found her with a 'classmate' going to 'study' at her house. Told me she didn't like the boy.

Dumped her in the middle of sex. Boss bought me a bottle of vodka.

My last LTR ended when she cheated on me abroad. I called her as I usually did at night, when it was morning over there. She's usually very prompt about picking up, but she didn't this time. I had a gut reaction to that (ding ding ding, if a girl you've dated for a while behaves very out of character, that's a sign). Hours later I get a text saying sorry I missed your call bla bla bla. Find out a week later that the reason she didn't pick up was because she had a drunk ONS with another guy and she was in his bed.

tldr if your bitch is acting out of character or being uncharacteristically aloof, she might be cheating. Trust your gut.

Small tells in her behavior. Look at what she's doing now vs. what/how she's acted/done in the past.

taking cell phone into the bathroom vs. used to leave it anywhere else.
cell phone now has a lock vs. used to be open.
lots more time chatting online, or via text.
becomes more distant.
more frequent, vaguely defined errands.
starts getting in shape, almost overnight.

There's almost always a tell in a cheating spouse.
