Nah text her with purpose buddie , just warmup the convo and go straight to the reason why you texting . Like op said if she feeling you still gonna win but asking her out quickly makes much more sense cause whatever trash you want to be talking with in the 2-3 days save it for the date . Texting is GREAT for short urgent messages, like “get bread & dog food on your way home” or “running late, see you in 30 min.” NOT fucking long conversations. I’m too fucking busy to text a conversation with a gal I’d be HOPING to fuck.

Since you were too chickenshit to ask her out when she was standing in front of you, my best advice is to CALL HER. You’re a college student, use your big words now.

In the 2-year period between my last divorce and meeting my current GF, I let gals know up front I’m too damn busy for long drawn out texting conversations. (I work 45–50 hours weekly in my primary job and I have 3 side gigs that require another 10–15 hours weekly. That’s how I maintain $200k annual income.)

If you want to establish early on to a gal that you’re a “high value” man, let her know you are busy, productive, driven, and don’t have time for girl games. And texting. In my experience, the panties drop faster when you establish yourself as “the prize.”
