Hi,

I'm 21, 5' 9", weigh 67kg (150lbs) and of Indian heritage (dots not feathers). I decided to visit relatives in India and whilst over there get my Total Plasma Serum Testosterone levels checked given that it's a pain in the backside trying to get anything done here in the UK with the NHS. (Private is £££'s and I'm only a student)

600 rupees (£6/$10) and a 4 hour wait later, results are back. I get sent a text and pick up my results. 245.1 ng/dL with 249 - 836 ng/dL being the provided reference.

Previous history: My manboobs and large nipples have always bugged me since a kid, I'm always self conscious in gyms/swimming because of them. I went through a phase of wondering if I was transexual that led to a pornography addiction between the age of 14 - 17. I used to have an anxiety/eating disorder where my weight plummeted to 55kg (121lbs), after that I binged unhealthily trying to bulk and tried to lift where I brought my weight up to 75kg (165lbs) but then none of my clothes fit and I just ended up looking skinny fat/podgy. My slowly receding hairline and slightly thinning hair isn't helping either. I used to take SSRIs but have been clean off them for the past few months. Currently I feel tired all the time, have little interest in game, little drive to lift or do anything that requires hard work. I used to abstain from masturbation but have now realised that it can be healthy however I now feel like it's a chore and don't want to go back to porn for stimulation. Whilst in college my main form of exercise is Boxing, one of the only sports I've found that I enjoy (no interest in football, rugby, hockey, martial arts, tried all that and hated it) but now even my interest in that is starting to wane. I got out of an unhealthy relationship about 2 years ago (my first) but have been lacking drive since to approach with everything just seeming like too much effort.

I can buy Androgel here in India without a prescription over the counter and probably most other drugs but wanted to ask here what my best course of action might be? Taking the results back to the UK and talking to my GP seems like a really slow road.
