Back story, dated a girl for a year and a half, fell madly in love with her, planned our life out, all that bull shit. Got cheated on, broke up with her a month ago, been lifting hard since. Was living with my parents while I dated her, since breaking up I moved into a house with a couple friends and a stoner faggot. Now you're up to speed.

Get home from work today to find out the stoner faggot snuck my ex over while I was at work and had her leave before I got back. Good thing I can trust the other friends. Anyways, busted through his door, woke his ass up(was passed out high) and told(yelled) him if he wants to see that slut, do it else where. And that if I ever find out that shit again, we're gonna have a huge problem. He didn't say much.

My roommates think I need to sit down and have an adult conversation with the motherfucker tomorrow after I get off work. I don't even know if I can look at this kid without ripping his skull out. I've never been on tilt like this. And what's fucked is its not even because he was with her, or because I'm jealous or want her back, it's the fact that she was in MY house. Like WHY THE FUCK CAN'T SHE STAY AWAY AND OUT OF MY LIFE. I feel violated knowing she was here. I've already accepted the fact that she's probably gotten it raw from 10 guys since I broke up with her. I was doing good until this shit, now I'm stuck on adrenaline boosted FUCK a motherfucker up mode. What should I do/say to this prick tomorrow? I'm sorry I'm fucking raging. Like I said, I've never felt anger like this. Like have some common fucking sense for God's sake.

TL;DR: Roommate had my ex over while I was at work, I went off on him, roid raged, now everyone else wants me to have a calm conversation with him tomorrow after I get off work. I don't know what to say or do or how to act. Really need some guidance.
