So i work at a place where it is 80% female, 20% male.

At work my male co workers are, without a doubt, betas. Sadly theres very few men at work, and out of all, i am the most alpha. Now I'm not here to brag, I'm nothing special but with my RP knowledge, practice and dedication, i make these men look like boys.

The issue is that these men constantly give me shit. Bully/disrespect in a very passive aggressive way.

I do not take disrespect lightly, and like any man will act aggressively when disrespected. The problem is that it is very passive aggressive. Everything has a light playful tone.

Now i know men BS like this. Its a way we bond by giving each other shit. But I'm afraid to loose my temper and then thats when they will win. Also its a form of playing the field with the women, making me look docile. Im more peaceful minded, hate to argue and introverted. So keeping up with these extroverted fools drains me.

I know how to agree and amplify, disregard/ ignore and very rarely defuse with logic. I also found some advice from another post...

Men specifically will shit test you more than when you were beta, you will find that they feel threatened fooled by your masculinity that they lack, so they will throw more shit at you. Usually they do this passive aggressively. In a way they are like women. Funny how similar beta/omega men can be to women. They all characterize feminine behaviors.

Extension of the previous point, narcissists alphas will try to AMOG you. Think of the obnoxious gym rat guys. If a guy is trying that kind of theatrical bullshit around you, he feels threatened by you. Unfortunately the brotherhood mentality does not extend too far out of the manosphere.
