Ever since I started lifting seriously, I've been getting challenged to fight kind of regularly. Is this normal?

Don’t back down. You give them one warning to get out of your face (considering social distancing these days this is a personal space invasion and could justify the need to defend yourself from a threat) or their face is going to enter into a relationship with the pavement and it’s going to be intimate.

Theres a reason small dogs bark frequently and loudly, to make them seem more of a threat against bigger dogs.

Are you back talking to these people? You’re making it seem like they just got in your face which seems unlikely. What are you saying before they get all up in your face?

I’m pretty muscular, 6’1 205 lbs, 10-12% body fat. This doesn’t happen to me.

I doubt that people will start shit with you if you're as jacked as you say. It's the opposite, at least from my experience. Now, if you don't have a strong frame and take everything people say seriously, you're gonna have bad time.

Haha. I have people test me too, every once in a while and I’m 6’4 230lbs lean. I recommend picking up martial arts, man. At least then you’ll be able to respond properly with confidence.

I've seen an increase in people that are in the wrong but getting aggressive when called out. Heck, I almost got into a head on collision yesterday with this jack wagon weaving around and in the wrong lane yesterday, and he went by me after swerving back to his side of the road honking and giving me the one finger salute. I was standing on brakes and swerving off the road to avoid taking a header, but how dare I drive on my side of the road!

People are getting more and more entitled and selfish with no sense of personal accountability. And they know they're wrong, but when faced with it instead of self correcting, or knowing if they don't they're gonna get ass kicked, they're protected by law from consequences so they do whatever they damn well feel like, regardless. Way too many are allowed to get away with having no respect or courtesy for others.

All you can really do is shake your head. They're all setting themselves up for a fall one day that will be all their own making.
