Chivalry had very little to do with women. It was essentially a "moral system that combined a warrior ethos, knightly piety, and courtly manners to establish a notion of honor and civility" between warring noblemen and their knights.

However, being "red pill" doesn't mean to not be kind, it just means take the pussy off a pedestal, and don't be a doormat and let her run all over you.

Basically in regard to women Chivalry was effective don't rape after you sack a village. The vast majority of Chivalry was about combat and upkeep of the church and country.

Don't be a coward, don't let infidels escape, protect the weak, protect the church, be honest, listen to your social betters unless they conflict with the church, protect you country, be generous, etc.
