One of my traits is that I'm a perfectionist. Right now, I'm in a situation (15 years old) with my girlfriend of same age. We went through a lot of slumps in the relationship, and now I'm in this situation:
My girl is hesitant of me leading in the relationship.
I have set my goals of being the best I can be, but I know I am not the best I can be yet. My girlfriend, Long Term by the way, also knows I'm not the best yet.
She feels hopeful of me and believes I can become the best.
Long distance, Long Term
I told her that in order for myself, I need to break off with her and leave. Now that I think about it, that was pretty selfish of me. The perfectionist trait in me had both given me good and bad things in life, and I believe that I do not need to be perfect right now in order to lead her.
Is this possible or am I being too confident with myself?
Is it possible to gain back her trust by being righetous or will she always remember me as this guy right now?
Now, I know Long Distance has a flaw in which that the girl can't have her physical needs right away leading her to cheat. Now, my plan was to just let her have her side pieces for that but emotion wise I seem to be set meaning I can make her feel that I can give her those "tingly feelings" long term. Do you see a flaw in this?
