Be careful. People over the age of 65 know the law and are dangerous. If they get pissed off at you, even if you run from them and they fall down chasing you. Some moron cop could charge you with "assault 65 and older" (because they fell down chasing you) which is a felony. So if you see an old person going nuts, look for a video camera hold your hand up and start backing away (looks good on tape). No video camera...run like a motherfucker just caught stealing!

I generally like older women better than younger women (not sexually, but just in terms of casual interactions), for a few reasons. One is that they're around my age (59). Two is that old coots can sometimes be refreshingly honest and open, because they're past the point where they care much about what others think. Third, because they're older, and I'm older too, there's no possible way they're going to think I'm romantically interested in them, so we both know the conversation is just a friendly, casual one, nothing more, no subtext.

I will say, though, that I've run into a couple of crazy old ladies in my neighborhood. One of them got furiously angry at me for my dog pooping in her yard, even though I was picking it up. She really went off. Of course, I'm sure that me telling her she sounded like an unhappy old cunt didn't help much, lol.

The second crazy old lady was a neighbor who I'd had friendly chats with a few times, and who then offered me her number, encouraged me to text, talked to me about apppearing in her dreams, and stuff like that. I didn't put it together at the time, but apparently she had developed some feelings for me. I'm kind of dense about this stuff, so it never even occurred to me. She was 10 years older than me, very grandma looking, so it just never crossed my mind. I had absolutely no interest in her that way and had never given her any indication I was.

Anyway, long story short, she took offense when I told her I wasn't attracted to women my age, and then started acting flaky. How 65+ year old women can possibly think men will be romantically attracted to them, I have no idea, but I guess the hope/delusion can be strong.

I don't think this was a mentally well woman, either. Her communications were very odd and evasive/vague at times. She presented an "all is well," happy-go-lucky front, but inside, she had a lot of problems. She mentioned having MRI scans of her brain. She didn't drive a car, which I suspect was because she wasn't able to operate a vehicle safely, for some reason related to a medical condition or medication. She also alluded to being sexually abused as a child. It seemed very clear to me that she'd never gotten help for that or dealt with it.

I eventually just told her "see ya." Although I feel sorry for her, she was acting too crazy. I don't need a crazy woman in my life. I've had my quota, heh.
