What's Up? First post. So I know you guys are always talking about gaming chicks, and that's cool but it's not really for me. Personally, I prefer commitment, stability, and convenience over fresh new pussy.
I'm not actually a neckbeard (never was) or a virgin anymore. I've been in a relationship since last year. It's my first relationship. I lost my virginity a couple months before I started dating my current SO. Basically, I met a girl on Tinder and lost my virginity to her. Then, I had sex with my current SO's roommate about a month after that. They weren't really friends or anything, and I believe it made my current SO want me more. About another month later, girl and I start hanging out more and dating.
Anyway, fast forward to now and I'm in a great relationship. My girlfriend has the best personality of any girl I have ever met. I recently showed her TRP, and, for the most part, she completely agrees that most of what you guys post on here is truth. We talked about whether I am alpha or beta or other, and, without knowing the stereotypes associated with them, concluded that I am an omega. She said before how she usually goes from dating an alpha guy to dating a beta, and what she likes about me the most is that I am neither.
That led me to thinking about who I am as a person and what kind of person I am. I am only 21, but my girlfriend says I am super dad-like. There are many reasons that it took me a while to get a girlfriend, but it probably comes down to effort. You guys always talk about working out, self improvement, etc. Pretty much, I hate that shit. I want to put in the least amount of effort for the most amount of reward, and I feel like I have successfully done that.
I have noticed that many girls have been interested in me until they became aware that I am not a typical alpha. However, if I realized that a girl wasn't sexually interested in me, I cut contact. My current relationship actually started with sex and moved from there. Not sure why, but I think the best way to start a relationship with someone is to have sex first and get to know each other afterward. Girls who are just looking for sex aren't really interested in me, and I'm not really interested in them. I also think girls who are waiting to have sex until the start of the relationship are dumb.
And now the questions:
Are beta characteristics helpful for maintaining LTRs? If so, is being dad-like a beta characteristic?
Is being career-oriented alpha? I would say my personality is that of the ideal politician- influential and a leader, but committed to family values. Being able to provide for a family, in the future, is a meaningful goal to me.
So what do you guys think? Am I a beta bitch for not tapping new pussy on the reg? Is it okay to focus on certain alpha characteristics while preferring other more beta-like characteristics? Are Omegas only Neckbeard Virgins? Am I even an omega? Are relationships acceptable to Red Pillers?
